2. Rental Services

Our services include the rental and delivery of bounce houses, sliders, snack machines, and other party equipment. All rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our online platform.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made online.

• Customers must provide their name, email, and phone number when making a reservation.

• Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.

• Payment details and methods will be agreed upon directly with the renter.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental time to be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a rescheduling option at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer (renter) is responsible for supervising children while using our equipment.

• The equipment must be used in a safe manner, and children should not engage in fighting or rough play.

• Only children between the ages of 4 and 14 years are permitted to use the equipment.

• The renter is liable for any damage to the equipment caused by improper use or negligence.

7. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery is included within Miami-Dade and Broward County.

• The renter must ensure that the setup location is suitable and accessible.

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Our equipment may not be used in extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds).

• No food, drinks, sharp objects, or unauthorized modifications are allowed on the equipment.

• Any misuse of the equipment will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By booking a rental with Bumbling Jumpling LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
